About Us
Advancing public education about due process.
False Allegations Canada is a nonprofit organization, currently in the process of obtaining registered charitable status, dedicated to advancing public education about the Canadian legal system and the impact of false allegations.
We provide educational resources about legal processes in Canada, including criminal and family-law procedures, to help individuals and families understand the justice system.
Through educational programming, informational presentations, and collaboration with legal professionals, False Allegations Canada works to advance public knowledge about due process, evidence-based investigations, and the impact of wrongful accusations.
Our Origin
Founded in November 2023 by Chris and Terri-Lynn Fowler, FAC grew from personal experience. Chris was falsely accused in 2013, and it took six long years for him to be found not guilty of all charges. That experience motivated them to create an educational resource for others navigating similar circumstances.
